I will NEVER go back.there's just too many other jump places that cater to families with young children and that have employees that smile and care. So now I've dealt with 3 employees in the short time that I was there.2 had attitudes and he was just completely over the top. Plus he obviously hasn't trained his employees well b/c the young lady was going to let me pay for 30 mins. Say it's policy and leave it at that but he gave me so much unnecessary attitude I will never go back. If the policy is no 30-min time jumps it's fine. Then he overtly points to the entire room and says loudly."There's ALOT OF PEOPLE here with 2 YEAR OLDS AND THEY PAID." He then walks over to the pricing board and POINTS AT THE BOARD (like I'm a student and he's the teacher) and says you have to pay this price!!" I said "Look.I understand that." but before I could finish he said "I don't think you do." So I went off on Caleb! I reminded him that I AM THE CUSTOMER and that the way he was speaking to me.his tone and the way he was cutting me off and pointing at the crowd and the board causing a scene was completely inappropriate. My older sons are jumping he wants to jump.I just wanted to end the time at the same time as the rest of the kids in the party and there's only 30 mins left." He said "You have to pay for an hour then." I said "he's 2.and he's not going to jump for an hour b/c we have to be back in the party room in 30 mins." He said "the 30-mins is only an option at the end of the night. I said "excuse me, we're with a birthday party. Right as she's talking to me the manager, CALEB, says you can't give her a 30-min jump time she needs to pay for an hour. I spoke to an employee and she told me the price for 30-mins jump time plus wasn't alot like $12 bucks or something. I didn't want the party host to have to pay for him so I went to buy 30 mins of jump time. I said "Well the party only has 30 mins of jump time left can I just buy time for him?" she nods and she sends me to the front desk. She said "yes they get charged like everybody else." Another employee with attitude. So I go to the birthday party check-in to get socks and I asked is there a charge for 2 and under to jump b/c they didn't say this when we checked in for the party. She looked like she was asking him something.so I walked over and said "is everything ok?" she said with attitude "he needs to be wearing skyzone socks and he needs a name tag." First.not sure why you were talking to a toddler who can't speak in complete sentences and why are you talking to him when I'm standing less than a few feet away? Second.I said "we are with a birthday party and he has on non skid socks." So she said you need to purchase sky zone socks. As I stood and watched my nephew jump.I noticed one of the employees coming over and talking to him. Worst Customer Service & Worst Manager Ever! I attended a birthday party with my 2 year old nephew and my 7 and 8 year old sons. Not ah uge selection, but, not a vending machine.ģ.) Most importantly, age appropriate zones! Areas for toddlers, small children and teens. And the whole "park" was a free for all, no rules anywhere.ġ.) Nice video area discussing the rules.Ģ.) Snack bar and sitting area. The place we ended up at had an empty Gatorade machine, some bags of chips, and an ice cream dots vending machine. Now we had to waste more gas and time after being there for nearly 45 minutes!Įventually we went to the other facility which has a different name altogether, can't remember the name, but it was a sharp fall in quality versus Sky Zone, which is why I am giving Sky Zone 3 stars despite being so angry with them. The problem? Even though we chose this facility, they refused us, saying all Groupons have been used, that we could go to their other facility in Cornelius instead, about 15 minutes away. This place is NOT cheap! Groupon made it much more palatable. After 20 minutes of filling out waivers, we had to navigate Groupon to save money. The facility itself looks quite nice, but, there are some issues I'll show below. We took them here along with our 2 year old. In-laws were in town with their 2 kids, ages 5 & 14.
